SWCPN Spring 2026 Meeting

February 16-17 in Dallas, TX

You're invited!

Dear friends of the Southwest Church Planting Network,

We are looking forward to gathering together this February for our SWCPN Annual Meeting—a time to celebrate what God has done among us and to look ahead with hope to the next chapter of the network.

This annual gathering is designed to be both relational and renewing: a space to reconnect, be encouraged, and align together around the mission of planting healthy, faithful churches across the Southwest.

This gathering is especially meaningful as the network enters a new season of leadership. Beginning this year, Dustin Hunt will serve as our new Executive Director. We are deeply grateful for the work that has gone before and hopeful for what lies ahead. Our time together in February will be an opportunity to listen, reflect, and look forward together as a network.

Lodging

To help make the gathering feel restful and unhurried, we have reserved a room block at: Canopy by Hilton — Uptown Dallas.

This hotel offers a comfortable, retreat-like environment within easy access of Park Cities Presbyterian Church.

A group room rate is available for SWCPN attendees. We encourage you to reserve your room early, as space is limited. Reserve Your Room below.

What to Expect

What to Expect

Monday Evening

We will begin with a shared dinner at 6 p.m. Park Cities Presbyterian Church—a celebratory evening of fellowship, storytelling, and vision as we reflect on God’s faithfulness and look ahead to where He is leading the network.

Tuesday Morning

Tuesday will include a time of worship, updates from across the network, and several seminars designed to serve and strengthen church planters and ministry leaders, followed by the necessary business of the network.

For Spouses

During the Tuesday morning sessions, spouses are invited to enjoy a hosted spa experience—a time set apart for rest, refreshment, and connection.

Our hope is that this gathering would be life-giving rather than exhausting—a reminder that we are not alone in this work, and that the Lord is at work among us.
